#4 for 25 MOTIF CHALLENGE

I started this to trim the neckline of a red T-shirt and ended up in the hospital again for 7 days,

I just got home yesterday, and hopefully out of the hospital for a while. This is the 6th time since Sept.

The reason I decided to put this black lace on my blog, is I have been reading all the posts about black lace, and thought some may be interested in seeing what I am doing. The piece is as far as I got before I got sick.

I will finish this and when it is finished and added to my T-shirt, I will post it for all to see.

I love the hen and chicks, black lace, and I trim a lot of my clothing with tatting.

HOpe you enjoy.

Hope this will be your last stay in hospital for awhile. Your black lace is stunning! Looking forward to seeing it on your T-shirt.

I hope you are feeling better and won't be back in the hospital any time soon.

I really like the black hens and chick edge with the red beads. My daughter got a red prom dress and I thought I'd put a black edge on the shawl that came with the dress. Seeing the red beads on your black lace has made me decide to use the red beads also on my black edge. Thanks!! Take care!!

Sorry I've only just discovered your blog, Nita, and sorry about your ill health.

I have used the hens and chicks design on the wedding veil I am doing for my future DIL (pic on my blog), but it looks amazing in black with red beads!

This is such a versatile little pattern, I can't wait to see the finished article.

I was so sorry to read about all your back troubles and hospital stays.

In the meantime you seem to have tatted two gorgeous doilies in beautiful colors(amazing!) and some other items. I've always admired your cute needle-felted teddy bears and your lovely tatting ideas.

This black lace will definitely look beautiful on a red T-shirt. and the beads are a neat addition to the hens and chicks pattern. I imagine you have a lovely wardrobe with tatted lace embellishments!

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Thanks to all for the lovely comments and well wishes.
I started working on the lace again today, so don't know how long before I finish, but as soon as I do I will post on my blog, and 'Sharon will post on the 25 motif challenge.
Hugs to all,
Nita
