I have had a lot of medical problems, and have not been very active, I did finish this doily that I started many moons ago.
Each rose has a 3d rose in the center, and is tatted with size 80 DMC Cordonnet threads.
I have made lots of bookmarks, that I give away to promote the wonderful art of tatting.
I am entering this doily in the Los Angeles County fair in Sept.The design is from an old book, an sorry I don't know the designer.

Yes, It took me a long time to make this, The photo does not do it justice, as the 3d rose doesn't show up well enough.

the doily took 2nd place , they said it was framed crooked . What has that got to do with the tatting?? My other two I entered won blue ribbons, so that is ok.
