This is my attempt at designing, I am not pleased with this row, and am in the process of hopefully improving the design.
the two rings together do not fit properly in the negative space.
When I am somewhat satisfied with the changes, I will post it here.

Very pretty, Nita! :)
Lots of pretties here that I've somehow missed. Love the cluny work and your design is coming along nicely. You'll find the perfect tweak!
Thank you for your kind comments. still working on it.
Hey Chic, did you get my msg on the new site? I had asked for your private e mail sent to my private e mail unitabear2@aol.com
I am lost with that new place,
Nita
Hi Nita,
I’ve been scrolling through your blog this morning and realized I haven’t commented on any of your wonderful creations, although I remember being so impressed by them when first shown! I’m amazed you’ve been tatting for only two years! You’re definitely doing beautifully with clunies. The butterfly is gorgeous! I haven’t even attempted clunies yet, after 20 years! Also I remember being astounded at the incredible hot air balloon, and have never seen that pattern. I’m very interested in 3-D tatting, and you did a perfect (and colorful) job on that! I’m curious how you stiffened it and keep it suspended above the basket. You should definitely have received a blue ribbon! And your needle-felted bears and tatted hat/clothes are SO precious! Congrats on the Piecework magazine recognition! Needle-felting and sculpting seem SO labor-intensive! Makes my wrist hurt just thinking about it! Also, I’m impressed that you’ve met Terry McGuffin! I LOVE her bells! You’re doing great on the design challenge!
